In February of 2001, convinced he could succeed in the Charlotte dumpster rental business, Jerry Frakes, initially purchased a work weary Volvo truck (Arrow #1) along with a couple of dozen used dumpsters. Initially, what was to become today’s respected and successful Arrow Disposal, Inc., was no more than a questionable collection of equipment coupled with an idea.
